It’s official: Built In NYC has named Unqork is the best place to work in New York City.
Unqork is honored to be recognized as the Best Place To Work in New York City by Built In NYC, a web community focused on the Gotham-based startup and tech scene.
Built In’s “Best Places to Work” list ranks 100 NYC-based tech companies based on employee benefits and employee-submitted compensation data. The site describes its algorithm-based ranking methodology as being ”based on compensation and employer benefits identified in our database. Compensation is weighted 50% and benefits are weighted 50%”
Compensation was based on “median percentile for all salaries” and compared agains all companies in the database, while benefits are separated by those “most important to our core audience” in six categories: Health & Wellness, Financial Planning & Stability, Flexible Work Environment, Diversity & Culture, Professional & Social Impact, Perks & Discounts.
