The rush is on. With the impressive launch of ChapGPT and other large language models (LLMs), everyone is trying to figure out how they can leverage generative AI to create business value.
The possibilities are endless. Here are just a few of the mostly widely applicable use cases:
- Natural language coding and software development. We are already seeing the ways LLMs can be used to turn natural language prompts into code, from Javascript and Python to formulas and macros for spreadsheets.
- Marketing content creation. LLM platforms can create marketing copy and AI-generated images, automate presentation creation, power video and content editing, and help optimize website conversion rates.
- Sales and sales development. From personalizing SDR outreach to auto-generating accurate email copy, generative AI can personalize all kinds of sales interactions.
- Customer support automation. LLMs can quickly answer inquiries, assist agents with complex issues, and provide next-generation conversational AI tools.
- Security and privacy. Generative AI can make it easier than ever to redact sensitive data, even in production workloads. It can also transform real data into synthetic data for testing and training machine learning models.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Generative AI is also expected to have a huge impact on the material world too, from drug discovery to the design of semiconductor chips.

Generative AI + CaaS
As with all emerging technologies, businesses are still wrapping their heads around how to embed generative AI into business processes and existing tech stacks. However, a Codeless as a Service (CaaS) platform like Unqork is a natural fit for emerging technologies like generative AI.
By making development 100% visual and configurable, Unqork’s CaaS platform goes beyond no-code, abstracting all coding out of the development process with its entirely codeless architecture.
In fact, Unqork has already built a proof of concept (PoC) that demonstrates the potential of the Unqork platform and the OpenAI platform to multiply the power of both. The PoC shows how Unqork’s platform can leverage generative AI to turn natural language commands (“build a healthcare questionnaire” or “create an employment application”) into solutions for real-world business challenges.
Proceed with Caution, but Proceed
For enterprises, embedded LLMs and other generative AI tools raise legitimate concerns that are slowing adoption. In particular, leaders don’t yet fully understand the security implications of scaling generative AI. So, to proceed successfully, you still need both smart, creative people and a rigorous approach to security.
“If you focus on customer needs, work with customers to understand how they want to deploy technology, and figure out where to focus future products and services, you can succeed,” Robert Enderle, President and Principal Analyst of the Enderle Group, recently affirmed in Computerworld.
And when you leverage the power of CaaS, you can get there that much faster.
To see how, see for yourself how Unqork and the OpenAI platform work better together.
